Q: Is there a rain date? 

A: No. All proceeds collected will go to Colby’s care.

Q: How much of my contribution goes to overhead costs?

A: None. All costs are covered by the host family. Every penny goes to Colby’s care. – The entertainment is being generously donated by both groups.

Q: What assurances do I have that the money won’t get wasted? 

A: The host family is very close to this family. Close enough that we are covering the costs. This is a strong Christian family we are supporting and the needs are real.

Q: Where do I go when I arrive?

A: Go to the entrance from Hwy 70. Take the first road to the right. People will be there to help guide you.

Q: Is admission free for visitors/ spectators?

A: Yes! Admission is free to visitors/ spectators.

Q: Is there a schedule that I can look at?

-Yes! Please see our schedule below:

Event is from 8:30am-3:30pm:
-7am-8am: Vendors and food trucks setup
-Food trucks and vendors all day
-Throughout the day: Drawing Door Prizes for registered vehicles
-50/50 raffle, Gun Raffle, and Silent Auction run all day until beginning of awards at 2:30pm
-8:30am -11:30am: Vehicle Registration
-12:30pm: Performance by Straightwire Band
-2:30pm : Awards begin : To include gun raffle drawing, 50/50 drawing, and of course the trophies!
Trophies to include Best of Show, “Colby’s Choice”; Best of Show, from the judges ; People’s Choice (get your voting ballots at the registration tent!) ; Plus 50 more trophies with various categories.

Q: What categories of trophies will be awarded?

-We will have around 50 general categories broken down by make/age/original, restored, etc and most club participation. The number of pre-registrations will influence the specifics. Early registration is very important.

– The next level up is:
1) Best of Show – by the judges
2) People’s Choice

– The largest trophy is Colby’s Choice. It is his benefit so this is the Grand Prize. Should Colby not be able to attend, his brother and sister will pick for him.
